Visiting our home

You may visit the home when you and the person who lives with us choose. However, we ask for your help if our home goes into an outbreak situation as we will need to follow Health Protection advice and ensure certain procedures at the Home are put into place. This could include having visits in bedrooms and using a mask if the person who is being visited is possibly infected or is particularly vulnerable to Covid symptoms.

During an outbreak we will continue to gain advice from local Health Protection Team, and we ask that visitors work with our Home Manager and other colleagues to help us reduce risk and manage outbreaks. Visitors should consider not visiting if they are feeling unwell, particularly if they have possible symptoms of respiratory illness.
